Demonic Daisy

There's a new boutique opening near me and it's an understatement that I'm a little excited. From what I can see it'll sell Hellbunny, Collectif, Ruby Shoo and a lot of other beautiful vintage style brands aswell as some unique little handbags and gifts.

Lovely to see little shops open like this in small towns, going to be hard when my student loan comes through though, the temptation will be high!

3. £7.99, H&M

College Fashion Show

So last week was the end of my two year college course in Fashion and Footwear. A week of three fashion shows, a lot of laughs, rushed hair and running around!

My final project theme was Art Nouveau, this lead to a Tiffany Lamp cape, a boned taffeta bodice with a fitted dress and a golden chiffon skirt.

Six months of hard work, tears and fun was so worth seeing my garments shown off on the catwalk by my great models, so heres to the past six months and all the work it took:

'The Jelly Phase'

Obviously as you couldn't have possibly missed, everyone, well nearly everyone is going mad with jelly shoes. Personally I love them but after seeing them everywhere , I'm getting bored. I then  realized  I hadn't seen Jelly Bags anywhere to buy, I searched all over Ebay, Online around the city centre for weeks, to finally find one in H&M the day they got put into store.

I was happy to feel well...about five again with one in a bright pink shade, perfect for Summer and a little more unique. Although I can see them going into most high street fashion stores now.

Heres how I'm wearing mine:

Top and skirt, Primark.
Bag, H&M.

My BAFTA Favourites

Here are a few Red Carpet looks from last night's BAFTAS which caught my eye:

Jospehine De La Baume

I really like this dress, the simplicity just makes it stunning. The mesh panel adds the perfect amount of detail to add the chic effect. The fabric sits so nicely and the deep v neckline adds a touch of sexiness to the dress.Navy and black look great together and the solid black clutch finishes of the look beautifully.

Amy Adams

Although classic black, the sheer panel, shaped bodice and collar makes this floor length black dress less boring and more... show stopping. The dress' bodice adds some shape to the long gown however the skirt hugs her figure nicely, looking extra chic. The gorgeous pulled back side bun and red lipstick  finishes  it off perfectly.

Sally Hawkins

This lace number is simply adorable! Some might say a little 'frumpy' but I think it's stunning.Very forties and chic. The dip hem showing off the pointed stilhettos that finish it off beautifully!

What were your favourties?

My February Wishlist

So it's a new month and there's a whole lot of things I'm crushing after, particularly pastel shades, checks and most certainly Vivienne Westwood. As of recent I've been totally obsessed with her bags and purses, I absolutely adore her signature icon, so simplistic yet stunning. Basically I really need to get hold of one of her beautiful bags. I'm also really loving block/chunky heels, especially in basic black shoes.  I love them as they almost go with everything, every  colour, pattern or style. But of course my ultimate style crush this month is floaty dresses with chunky black shoes, I just want to live in this attire.

Skirt, £55, Fashion Conscience
Crop Top, £41, Topshop
Blouse, £24, Uniqlo
Bag, £310, Vivienne Westwood
Shoes, £30, Newlook
